This is a class series for anyone who is new to the Bowspring method. This is the most basic kata (sequence) with a strong focus on the fundamental poses of Bowspring method. In these classes, the five subsystems and ten key areas of the Bowspring are explored through each of our practices. You can expect slow movement, however, prepare yourself to be challenged in the best way possible!
We meet two times each week, Tuesdays and Thursdays for a five weeks over Zoom video conferencing. If you are not able to make the class times, than you will be sent the recording. Please note, the times are in Mountain Standard Time!
